Re: Knocking and temp light
I think the temp light is normal after idling that long. The knocking is not normal, I have several bikes from 2,000 to 20,000 miles and are all very quiet engines, in fact if you put a towel over the exhaust outlet all they do is whirr away quietly The best diagnostic tool I have ever, ever bought ...

Re: Knocking and temp light
Hi 2stroke,
I thought long and hard about it and came up with only one real solution in my experience that fixes most mechanical things.
If you insert your credit card into the machine in the wall enough times and use what comes out, the fault will eventually go away.

Re: the problems with Leisure Trail
Calm down, calm down, I thought my mum was the only one who knew I was self abusing  Only 55 years old, younger than me and many more on this forum. You will not get this post to degenerate into a slanging match even if it is great fun, but this is generally a good humoured forum, full of help...

Re: the problems with Leisure Trail
Leisure trail have taken thousand from me in parts sales, and saved me hundreds in advice given. Its a relief when they have items "in stock" for next day delivery, then price is not the issue. If it was not for them many many CRMs would have been scrapped due to lack of spares in UK. If Leisure Tra...

Re: condenser
"twostrokeracelab.com" who repair the ECUs in Greece sell them, they are battery eliminators. I have a brand new one of theirs spare as I bought a few last year, they are a little smaller than the Honda units and work perfectly, £18 including postage to you. They are used to eliminate the need for a...

The carb pipes exit below.

Re: Footpegs
And from China you should get them within 7 days, I did, but did not like them so sold them on this forum for £10. Items from China are getting here quite quick now, quicker than some UK suppliers. As an example I ordered some dog slippers for dogs to play with (approx size 7) from China 6 days ago,...

Re: Clutch Plates
Its a funny thing mechanical objest. I have 4 CRMs, was 5, and although all the same in every way, all stripped, cleaned and reassembled, same oil in each, only 1 stuck if left more than a couple of days. Its nothing to do with springs, a new set of plates and clutch basket sorts every problem.........

Re: CRM AR Ignitech powervalve 3D Map
The AR as far as I know uses:
RPM
Gear position
Throttle position
Ignition advance
Sounds like it may be a compromise on an AR.
