and this is the new kit (had to upload separately) and additional work to add to the 2mm oversized piston,headskim,rad valve,powerwing and topend porting,airbox mod,full fmf. Once its wore in theres a 36mm carb to play around with as well

after a winter in bits its now together 'again' only got a few photos as my phone packed up all 3 were taken yesterday black kit is the weston beach armour faded red/white is aload of old spares kicking around shes had new bearings all round and full rebuild apart from balance shaft as mines disconn...

first thing id check is the plug it could be running a bit lean and double check the carbs fitted nice and secure

i seen on a facebook page honda have started engineering a 2t injection im surprised the japs have sat back for so long and let the likes of ktm etc etc run riot in the 2t market!

cheap alternative for the H.T coil is honda h100's ones they work perfect i run one on mine and when my friends one packed up in wales he was more than greatfull i had my spare with me. I payed a few quid for both off ebay even new there less than 20 quid mine is a mark 2 so not 100% sure if coils a...

electric start on my crm would be a god send and a reclusing clutch it truly would make it a gem to ride in silly situations but thats a nice dream that will never happen

thanks knackered do you know if it will have a seal? the original bearing has a seal on one side is this important?

would one of those 91001-ML3-873 bearings be ok? il be honest im not very clued up when it comes to bottom ends

well people it looks like ive sourced the "obsolete" bearing! defeat is just a word i will be ordering and if all is good i will post the link as it may help others

The measurements are 56 outside 24 inside and 15 whith bearing number is sco5a86 and the seal on one side has the same code but ending in lu
My mechanics doing some digging around so hopefully we get somewhere and a search on google has brought some leads up to chase
