Hi, When I stripped mine down I did notice that the oil delivery pipe that attaches to the pump was hardening up a bit. You can cut a bit off (if there is enough) or fit a new one. Another thought - has your bleed valve got a fibre washer? Another poster made a good point about removing the pump and...

Hiya, This is organised through Surrey TRF - they do have a website which you should be able to find with a quick search. Last year it was 20 quid and its well worth the money, such a laugh. Looking at the cross section this does not appear to be a pegged sprocket which would scupper my plan
