I dont think its the front spindle i have redone this a few times i also tried fork pinch bolts etc i have just replaced the seals and bushes i also removed and set both adjusters on the bottom of the forks i think mines is related to the third image (sorry cheeko for hijjacking your post )

Will the power difference between the 2 cylinders really be that noticeable overall ? And just remove material from it to allow more exhaust gasses to flow ? Thanks again

Let me know if you figure out how to fix this as my mk 2 has the exact same problem i think its causing my forks to feel ' sticky '

Do you know what the hole in the lower end of the mk 2 cylinder is for ? And im guessing i will barely even notice the power loss ?

Hi all just bought a new cylinder on ebay thinking it was the exact same as my mk2 but it isnt please see my photobucket profile. The new cylinder looks like it may be off a mk 1 ? Hi bike wouldnt start the other day kept fouling plugs so looked up the exhaust port to find i need a rebore ( this is 2 weeks after my front pipe blew one of the welds on the way home from work ) it had a rebore done by them roughly 500 miles before i got the bike and ive done maybe 500 tops aswell...

Ignition coil ?

Hi all bike wouldnt start this morning i think my coil has failed does anyone have the manual specs for testing this , it has recently been taking over a dozen kicks to start the bike but when it is started it runs perfect any help would be appreciated im getting pretty pissed off with this bike now

I actually dont think its as bad as i first thought as it didnt take much to refill it mustve just been the adjustment .im going to keep my eye on it, out of curiosity how much oil do they hold in the frame ?
