Im not sure what happened to the member as he didnt end up buying a CRM... but he contacted me a couple weeks back regarding programmable ignitions. I gave him some contacts to try to see if something could be sorted out for the CRM. A quick email to Ignitech and he was told by Ignitech owner/founde...

Re: new clutch basket
visible meaning not measured and confirmed, but they "seeem" to be the same? might just be a very minor (irrelevant) difference that causes the parts numbers to be different. once this fellow gets his up and running, Ill order one to install on my AR at some stage to see how it goes coz me basket is...

Id be seeing what some of the cafe racer guys are using... they seem to like t...

did you have to run a non-oring and offset for your 150? shite...
mine fits nicely in the stock mito wheel, oring chain, 5mm clearance to the chain edge
guess it purely depends on the wheels sprocket offset amount :S

Re: What size tyres you running
actually correction, I now have a 150/60 BT003R on the rear in the 4.5 rim. clearance on the swinarm is fine, but clearance to the chain is only a few mm. Id say if you went to a 160/60 youd want to offset your sprockets 2mm or so to prevent chain rub. but I know for a fact that people are running 1...

Re: What size tyres you running
great, well let me know if you need me to take any proper measurements.
but if youve got a wheel in your swingarm you can measure from the centerline of the wheel and work it out :)

Re: CRM250AR road shock rebuild
After my suspension rebuilder consulted with an oldskool guru with CRM experience for a week or so, they decided that an 8.5kg/mm spring would be perfect (from a WP KTM/BERG shock) for my needs and will match the forks nicely. all the parts should turn up on monday and I should have the shock back t...

Re: stop cock look normal?
thanks for the reminder I should clean my tank out before I fire it up in a couple weeks.
I could only imaging the crap in the bottom of the tank after the last owner.

Re: CRM250AR road shock rebuild
my shock rebuilder called up teknic but does not like what they are quoting as the stock spring rate, there are saying that its a 60n spring but Dave whos rebuilding the shock more or less beleives your estimate of 80n so we are waiting for a enduro suspension guru to to get back from holidays next ...
