hang on, this is exactly the same thing i am getting on my AR
part throttle in town at 30 odd the thing is as you say buckeroooooing and a pain to ride on small amounts of throttle.
i too would like to know more or a part number.

I can tell you the main jet is a 148 as standard
and the pilot is a 48s stamped on it.

i have lost my copy of the parts manual, so if anyone could give me the part numbers for a new pilot jet, needle, and other bits so i can try and cure this mid throttle stutter on the road which is a PITA frankly

i have, and it passed, but its a problem for next time, and honestly i can see now why i have had a couple of people pull out on my on the MC28 and this AR when coming to a jcn.

Having to splice into the indicator wires near the relay plug is no difficulty though and makes a nice tidy fix if you use the right bullet connectors and waterproof clear covers for the connectors. I know, i was lucky this time. MOT rules have been tweaked and this time it was "nearly" a problem, but its something i will need to sort i reckon. I think as they are single filament bulbs they are getting low current supplied though the CDI. Be nice to isolate it. Good call with the feed from the ...
