Don't think there is anything that you can do apart from take the casing off again.
Trying to force it is likely to case more damage

Re: 3rd ride of the year.
Hahahaha, just watched your video of the Badi pmsl! Badi 4, riders nil. The Badi claimed both of us as well, although it was soaked when we rode it :P And also our attempt was after changing my rear tyre 3 times, so we were fatigued already. My rear AC10 was completely destroyed on a jagged rock ab...

Last time I rode it part of the concrete had started to erode away leaving a nice step to catch out the uncommitted.

Re: VIN number advice needed
Why not go back to the person you bought it off and get them to send the original document off.
The seller must send the document off or they are liable for a hefty fine.
I assume that you know where they live and have their tel no.

Always good to see how things should be done. I carry one of these as it is the biggest saw that I can fit in the backpack. It will easily cut through pine and semi dead hardwood. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DRAPER-44994-EXPERT-270MM-FOLDING-PRUNING-SAW-/130764320932?pt=UK_Home_Garden_GardenEquipment_...

Re: Overhauling Mk3 forks
On a trials web site it was saying that ATF was equivalent to 7 wt fork oi and a lot cheaper. I buy ATF for about £15 for 5 liters and use it as gearbox oil. Now I'll be using it as fork oil in the trials bike but the CRM(fitted with XR650R forks) and enduro bikes will still be getting 5wt fork oil ...

Re: TRF(trail riders fellowship)
I have no knowledge of your local group so cant really comment on how active they are but I will say what my experience has been. The first meeting I went to was disappointing. I had gone there expecting to find out everything there was to know about trail riding. On reflection it was my expectation...

Re: Question about powervalve..
If your piston is hitting the powervalve in any position you need to file clearance on the power valve otherwise the ring is bound to catch it resulting in a snapped ring and scored bore.. Remove the cables and take the powervalve out. Look for marks where it has been touching. Using a file, a large...
