Re: bike issues, suspect piston?
Your best bet would be to remove the exhaust and look up the exhaust port for signs of blow by etc but id say its the piston my bike was doing the exact same thing and it was a partial seizure. You are more than likely looking at a rebore and a new piston but you need to find the cause ie poor 2 str...

Re: My mk 2
They can powdercoat the spokes any colour you want aswell which looks really nice. Right knee has ruptured acl, pcl and meniscus and bruised bones(yes its a real thing lol). They suspect they will find more damage when the knee has healed enough for surgery but Im going to speak to my physio / surge...

Re: My mk 2
Hi mate i had bought my gold rims locally for 160 as i hoped to just swap rims myself but spokes were hard to source and i wasnt sure if xr ones were the same. I sent my old wheels with the new rims to central wheel components. They rebuilt my wheels with stainless spokes and powdercoated my hubs fo...

Has anybody bought these graphics before ?
Hi i was wondering if anyone has bought these graphics before ? A full set for £20 seems like too good a deal to be true... i would also like to see what the other sets look like as there is 4 options.

Re: Balance shaft
Hi i was wondering if there may have been a typo in the faq ? The bearing (91002KAE003) for the balancer shaft on fowlers shows the following dimensions 17x47x12 but on the faq it is 17x37x12.

Re: My mk 2
Just a small update , roughly 2 weeks after the wheels were built and fitted the silencer packing disitigrated causing the bike to break down. It sounded like blocked jets in the carb. I fitted my pro circuit silencer of the 91 cr250 i have which made the bike sound awesome. The front pipe (fmf gold...

Re: Front fork damping setup
Not that it helps but i was able to remove the sleeves on mine with a few taps on a wooden bench dont , i also think there was a little clip at the top of the cartridge to dissasemble quite similar to the clips found in pistons. But i never removed it .I could be getting mixed up though. Let me know...
