Good areas in Doncaster / South Yorkshire?

Not sure about Trail riding because i go to the peak district, where abouts are you based? Armthorpe mx track looks really good though i have not rode there yet, its at junction 4 of the M18. Doncastor moto park also looks like loads of fun, its in a place called finningly the track is a bit tricky to find but if you want some directions let me know.
SIMX at junction 35 of the M1 looks really good but as a thirteen year old died there last week it may be closed for a while
. membership is £25 for a year and it costs £18 when you ride there best bit is its an indoor track. according to the papers the owners didnt have permission to use it as a mx track (but thats the papers).
SYSX in sheffield (j24) also looks fun but with membership at £100 and £28 to ride I dont need to say more (too much for me)

yesterday i was out with my mum in the bawtry area, when i mentioned the motocross track in finningley, so we went and had a look, it looked quite good, but everyone there looked much better on bikes than me, as i have only had mine since last august, and im lucky if my dad will get it out once a week for an hour. So i need some practise off roading before i have a trip to finningley so i dont look like an idiot trying to keep the bike up. Does anyone know a quiet day to go there, it is open on weekends and wednesdays, but im at schopol on wednesdays, so its probably saturdays that are less busy.
