Hi All,

I'm waiting for Wildtracks to come back to me, I'll chase them up tomorrow and give you all an update on time, place and price, etc.!

If we can get a Friday then indeed, find a cheap boozer to stay in nearby and then maybe ride all day Friday and have a few beers together somewhere that night? :) :D :o  :x

Hi I'm new to the forum and sport.

Sounds like a good plan. Can I come?
if any one else from the midlands wants to come I'll drive, but will need a two bike trailer instead of my single!

Oh and mine's a MK 2

At last Wildtracks called me yesterday!

We had a chat and asked if we could use the MX track, supermoto track and the various off-road trails they have?

They are going to come back to me with some possible dates in July / August and also..gulp...cost!

She did mention that usually the cost for the supermoto track is £3000 a day :o

I said we might pass on that one then!!!!

They're supposed to call me back today so I'll keep you all posted....

I know i'm only new here and hold no authority but i've been to wildtracks and to be honest, it's not that good. The moto X track is quite small, as are the other tracks i saw. If they gave us the full run of the palce allowing us to ride anywhere it would be awesome, but i cant see that happening!
Don't get me wrong, i'm all for a CRM day out, but does anyone know of antwhere better/larger?
You see these two cold fingers? These crooked fingers? I'll show you a way to mean no

How about one of the tracks that ESSEX off road operate, the one near Epping forest, 5 minutes off the M11 is not bad.

Last time I went here for the day it cost £15 to ride my bike around their enduro course for the day. Peter Knight who runs it is a good bloke who I am sure would entertain a large group of us, probably sort stuff like BBQs and first aid for us !!
I have also been on one of their experience day, which was a great way to try a range of other bikes, totally put me off KTM EXC 250 four stroke, but big respect for 450 Yam, but hey that was 18 months ago and still got my AR.
