Hi Guys!

Just bought a MK2 CRM250 and live in Peterborough. Anyone in the area that fancy's a rideout! I am off to do the Honda offroad day on Friday as I have never been off road before then I am ready to play! I don't know any green lanes in the area yet!

I'm from Peterborough, not a lot of places to go locally, used to go the pits near Hampton, but they're building houses up so fast now, plus the (new) locals have put pressure on the owners to stop people accessing the pits. You can still get in, just got to try a bit harder. I've supermoto'd my CRM so I don't get it dirty anymore, brought a CR250 which i take down to Washbrook Farm MX track instead.
Often seen people going to the pits via the hampton vale traffic lights entrance or via a layby just after the McDonalds roundabout past Tescos on a saturday or sunday morning. I'd often bump into people down there & tag along with them or show them round if they were new to the pits.

Cool - ta for the info. The farm you mention - is it out Benwick way - if so I should be down there soon, my friend from work goes and keeps pestering me to pop down. I might come for a watch first! lol

Yes, through Benwick, before Doddington, bet you go past the entrance & have to turn back! Nice track, they have hassle with locals about the noise, so they have to be strict with aftermarket pipes & the start & finish times............ they did have a oval track for beginners near the kids track, not sure if the still use it now. Your CRM would be great on the kids track, shame the don't let anything bigger than 85cc bikes on there. The Honda off-road school use a bit of land near Oundle, that would be ideal for the CRM too.
