Hi Slider, forgot to ask but I hope there's no rocks on the lanes we are going on. :o
Got the barrel and piston today, got the gaskets so it just might be possible if I can get some running in done first to be smoking that weekend. Trailers about finished.
Looking forward to it.

I'm about sorted now, finally figured how to lock the trailer to the car.
Bike has had a few runs and is still running so this ride will be my first proper ride out on it :|
Have you rerouted your carb breathers up into the air box Slider? If you have do you think it is necessary for this run? this is something I've yet to do. The KLX would stop in a long deep stretch of water but restart straight away once out the other side.
Anyone else thinking of coming?

cool ed,no,i havent re routed the breathers on mine and i've done the strata loop plenty of deep water around there and i havent had a problem so you should be o.k, the rivers/streams are only axle deep but you may get the odd deep puddle  .
how do i do the 'x marks the spot' map ed?,so i can send a map of the meeting place.
micks gonna see how he's getting on with his eye,if it feels o.k he says he may come out aswell.
anybody else fancies a ride around the peak district this sunday, heres your chance, all welcome :)

If you can believe this:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/ukweather/midlands/#no_url
The peaks is about the only place that will be dry on Sunday
What are the odds on this forcast being correct.
Anyway it will make a nice change as its very rare that it rains on trail rides in Wales. The good news is that I've AC10's fitted front and back. I'd just bought them to try when there was a thread on TBM saying how rubbish they are. I'll put some extra padding on just in case
and you won't want any of that nasty rain getting on your new cam will you.
Looking forward to a nice smokey ride 8)

Little tip for the ac10's Eddie, torch the fekers
No seriously, keep the rear pressure above 14psi on the rear or you will pay for it on the rocks. Never used an ac10 on the front(thank fook  ), but i'd keep that above 14 psi also :)
But no real need to worry, as Slider is shite hot at fixing punctures :D
