Re: Sunday 30th December Salisbury Plain
Its an off road bike thing without doubt, there were guys on 990 KTM's etc last year who were good to watch but you'd not want anything with road tyres. Terrain is anything from hard pack gravel to deep mud and puddles deep enough to drown the bike in.
A CRM would be spot on

Been to a couple of their events and great fun! Salisbury one shortly...the days they do at Bagshot MOD high speed test track area are fantastic! Next one of those is December 29th. I'll be there!
Cheers, Beanie

Re: Sunday 30th December Salisbury Plain
Sorry guys, it'll need to be road legal as there are road sections, even the BOATS/Byways etc count as roads so you'll need insurance/licence etc.
Cheers for the info Beanie, I'll look into the blue light events, hope to make the 25th November date.
Had a couple of hours out on the Plain this afternoon, fantastic

Bagshots great, I have done many 3 stage trials there, both sides of the M3, just watch out for those king Edward sized, and shaped stones .Beanie wrote:You guys might want to check out BLORC too:

Ah, a fellow botanist looking like he may have just discovered a particularly rare form of liverwort hiding in the undergrowth, and protecting it from that nasty bikers big clod hopping feet.Beanie wrote:Yup...otherwise this happens....
