short vid muddy day

got out for an hour or so toay dispite the tail end of the phiipino typhoon bringin a lot of rain

very short vid - I was tryin to do some 'grinding' - bike sounds ok tho>?*

very cold for this time of year!

i stuck 2 fans on - still managed to boil over on an uphill tho... must be said I hit 35 kph at one point! even tho I wasnt moving...

think I've got piston slap (AGAIN!!!) - so that would be one piston every 6 months on average?

think I boiled over a month or so back when it was hot .. and didnt realise...

must get temp sensor fixed??

Do you ever come across snakes or large spiders? Wild pigs?

Bet theres allsorts of critters in that deep bush :shock:

Nice vid, just don't go bringing them antics back here to blighty, them thar Rambliars 'll have you locked up tighter than ticks @rse. Poor little double fishes will have to get used to looking at Daddy through bars.

just 14 species of venomous snakes here - ( 9 local snakes are classified as lethal )

I personally only saw 3 tho :D - altho my downstairs neighbour found a Krait under her couch! she thought it was a lizard and scarpered.. now leaves patio door permanently closed!

night rides are best for snake spotting altho the green bamboo viper is my big fear.. since they dont hide when they hear something coming.... they also live in bamboo and arent nocturnal - most of my riding is thru bamboo woodland so...

I've ran into wild Boar on my local track.. we both poo ourselves! i stalled it scarpered!

and there are massive spiders -

these are poisonous and everywhere in the forests -but releuctant to bite.. they do like to weave webs across paths - I have had one or 2 on my visor- which made me nervous.. so far so good. altho a massive wasp thing bit me once -

I've also seen a porcupine! that was a bit weird cos it had leaves stuck to it,,

the cutest thing I saw was a little deer - oh and some turtles..

the monkeys scare me - but I havent really bumped into them where I ride.. jus one - and he followed me - which scared the crap out of me.

----> the ramblers here are friendly - an generally clap when u pull wheelies...

the police not so much - but if u tell them it was an accident they cant be bothered with the paperwork..

to be honest there arent many places to ride here - I sort of hacked some old paths out near my place ,, cos I dont have time to go to the best places.. which are about 45 mins ride away next to the chinese border.

twins jus gone to bed.. ( lucky me only pee! ) 4 am- finishing a beer - then off to bed! :)
