I was there on the TTR. Bit silly really, shoulder still playing up and full of cold (read " man-flu"!!), but hey, paid in advance so had to go!

Was a good day though, they always run fun events.

Finished about 1/2 hour early,11 laps,71/145,2 more laps[u] I should've [/u]done would've put me in the 40's...
