Cheers Slider, but i'm still working on a pass for the Hafren on Sunday, and i'm working the following weekend

But it's looking good to get to the Hafren early Sunday morning with the Polish Streaker

Had the all clear off the doc, but still on the bloody medication, but if it keeps me going i should be gratefull

Glad your getting out and about Fossil

Have the docs given you a timescale when you will be able to get out on some gentle road rides on the bike
