MK3 Rebuild - forks and exhaust

Hi Everyone,

I'm just going about rebuilding my MK3 but am keen to upgrade the forks. I love everything else on the bike but the forks are pretty crap for enduros/mx.

I've see threads that "suggest" cr250 forks will fit but has anyone actually done it? Or fitted any other off roads fork upgrade?

Also can anybody confirm whether a mk1/2 DEP front pipe fits a mk3?
