...I need help.

It strikes me that I am missing a bit from the rear wheel as when I offered my sprocket up to it there is nothing to bolt to, even though I expect to have to frabricate a sprocket holder. All I have is 5 rubber mounted holes. Am I missing the Cush Drive assembly?

Would be grateful if anyone couyld take pictures of the rear assembly and sen it to me.

The s-m conversion is back on!!

What type of NSR Wheels have you got, I have a set of 17\" wheels that I could check for you?

Glad the Supermoto conversion is back on

No mate the rubber mount,s in the wheel are the cush drive(rubber outer metal core?) What you normally get is a piece of bar with a threaded portion on the end that the sprocket bolt onto and a large circlip that holds the sprocket in situ on the wheel
What YOU need to do is get a pegged sprocket this does away with the need to bolt the sprocket on (as the nuts are very close to the swingarm)
The sprocket comes with the peg,s welded on to the sprocket,
JT sproockets make it i think

Guys,

I just spoke to JT and they pointed me in the direction of this sprocket -

Looking at the cross section this does not appear to be a pegged sprocket which would scupper my plan :?:

I had a CG125 once, I am sure that had a pegged sprocket, it appeared to be a standard sprocket that had 'pegs' fitted to it, these were a length of bar with a shoulder on them, a short thread on one side & a nut that held them into the sprocket.
Could be the same on the NSR.
