Hi, i'm not too sure if i'm in the right section of the forum but does anyone know how easy or hard it'll be to put my mk2 crm engine into a 1999 cr alloy frame. I can run the 2 stroke oil off a seperate tank as appose to the frame and i can mount the powervalve servo without a problem....my main concern is the rear engine mount/ swingarm end. Any info will be much appreciated.

mk2, is probably a lot harder that a mk 3 due to the location and shape of the oil bottles, but there are many other things that dont fit or need moving.
One current member is having this conversion done. BUT this has also been discussed and covered, and i have posted pics of some modifications i have found on the internet.
please discuss again, but this is a rare beast, so it is learnt as it is done.

It can be done, and has several times. As J says it has been discussed several times on the forum, so I won't list the things that need changeing/reworking.

Requires a lot of time and money/expertise.
