My friend help me to rebuild Mk2 on June 2013....
here are some notes....

When we got this mk2 at first, looks not really well, just can say the engine and wheels can run only ...
but rare to find crm mk2 nowadays, so my friend decide to rebuild it...

But brand new parts are difficult to find, so search many parts online and friends
(cylinder, piston, clutch, 2T pump, rectifier, brushing, seals, gaskets...etc)

1) cleaned the rust and repaint the frame, re-stalled the engine and gear box
(Engine: replaced the second hand cylinder, new piston with rings and lots of seal, rings and gasket)
(Gearbox: cleaned and checked gears, changed new clutch)
(rear damper: changed rings, seals and repainted the spring)
(swing-arm: just cleaned it, bcoz hard to keep it new if I polish it)

2) re-stalled forks(changed oil and seal), wheels(ordered 17" excel wheels, so just put 21"+18" on first)
repainted the bar clamp only..... just bought new handle bar.... money saver

3) pasteup carbon fiber feeling sticker... bcoz some blue painting dropped off from forks and I want to change the body to red...

4) checked PGM is fine, changed new rectifier, like new dashboard, changed 80% new Radiator,
chose K&N air filters, new KEIHIN Flat valve Carburetor

5) Lucky, I found the brand new oil tank and side fenders with original paint and sticker....
new brake light, new 3rd party headlight with fender(dun like it but no choice...bcoz the lighting cant focus as well),
fork protect from KTM(dun like it too)....
Used original exhaustion for Vehicle inspection
