Hello, ive all ready started posting but thought i might aswell introduce myself, I'm jim, im 17 from kendal, cumbria. Just finished building my bike from scratch ( made a little project slide show on youtube :

So will be up for local rides out in a couple of weeks after it goes for its MOT. Ive got a crm 250 engine in a cr 250 frame, looking to get my supermoto wheels fitted in the winter but for now just on road tyres.

Hi Jim, welcome to the site, and tidy bikes like yours are very welcome.
The only thing i would say is, the rubber boot on top of the carb is worth locating properly, it prevents the ingress of water into the carb, especially gritty, water, if your out trail riding.

Thanks for the comments and welcomes. Well spotted mike, il get that pushed back down into place :) Its in for MOT a week on friday (14th), so fun and muddy times arnt far away, anyone local ish to the lakes,cumbria on here?
