Hello all
Hi there all !
My name is Paul and I am a pround owner of my first 2 stroke
Mk 3
Not sure how or if I can attach pictures yet.
Was visiting the site and dreaming about owning the CRM for quite some time. Time had come
I am motorcycle mechanic by trade and can't wait to give some love to my bike.
I don't have much experience with 2 strokes bikes apart scooters. Just few days ago I've read first time about "4 stroking"...
But it makes sense
Can't wait to broaden my knowledge too (with your help...
)
I am riding S-wing scooter. Previous bike was TL1000S. What a great forum community there!
Basically I think I will want to convert it to supermoto to ride on roads. Went trail riding only once - it was very cool. Would like to do more. Went mountain biking once too when nearly killed myself.
So here I am. Back to work. And thanks again!
P.S. any other London Crm'ers?

Re: Hello all
Welcome 2T, a mechanic eh, well my bikes making this funny-=-=-=
only joking mate. Though some input from you into bike fettling matters would be appreciated as were mostly enthusiastic amateurs, with the CRM habit.
When you have time read through the very basics page, and use the search facility as well, plenty of previously covered topics to feast on for you in there.

Hello Fallenmike,
in one way it's better to be an amateur enthusiast because you don't have time limits to worry about. And fear of making a mistake. And you don't have to cut corners.
It's a learning curve for me.
I will make sure to read as much as I can in all the forum.

Re: Hello all
He might have to explore some of those mythical urban greenways
.
Loosely what area of London are you?
You didn't acquire your MK3 from a guy called John by any chance?
Mike

Re: Hello all
Yeah, urban greenways. That's it
I know what you mean, Rich. There is some trails in Hartfordshire I think. I am not familiar with off roading too. Let's see.
I am from north west London.
And I bough it off Clive in Essex. Been standing 3 years in a garage. But it's running.
