Do you mean the big end bearing?
There's some info here about cranks.

Looks like you can't get that bearing from Honda, just the whole crankshaft, if there are any left.

Thanks man. Interesting reading. I’ll keep searching. There are places in the States and Ukraine that seem to have some.

Hi all,
Looking for one of these: 91005-KAE-741. It’s a balancer shaft bearing. Honda don’t do them anymore. Any help would be great.

You probably need to talk to an engineer. Some owners have had the worn part on the balancer shaft sleeved which then allows for a different (more available) bearing to be used.
