Hi Davey,
I've had my Mk2 for 7 years now.
The only problems I've had is wheel bearings.
However, just removed the swingarm to replace bearings, hell of a job. Due I might add to my neglect, everything seized.
Take my advice and remove the swingarm at least once a year, and lubricate with a good quality grease.
Change gearbox oil regularly and I am sure you'll have years of reliable fun ahead.
Enjoy :D

No don't worry I just wanted to be sure all was ok,it rattled annoyingly and I wanted to make sure nothing untoward might happen.
Piston slap so a rebore is on the way.
The bloke who had it previously just rode it without anything but regular lubing...oh and he knackered a fork leg.. :x
