Hi all, I've just decided to resurrect my slightly careworn (read abandoned behind the shed) but mechanically sound (new piston, rings, waterpump, oil pump etc) MK1 as I'm fed up with hanging on to my Kawasaki KLX650R JDM enduro mental version. I need to go back to the easy life (getting older!). I used to have a minty MK2 in the 90's which I loved and sold?!? what was I thinking.
I then bought a husky TE350 which was awesome but hopeless reliability (2weeks BANG, 14 months and £700 to fix!!!) I did get the bug for plush suspension though so I want to mod the slightly harsh MK1 CRM with some right way up marzocchi 45mm forks as I have them, they are brand new and they were great on the husky. Also this would give me the husky front wheel and rather spiffing brembo front brake.
I need to find out what fork yokes fit CRM's off CR or XR which would hold the 45mm forks and what posh rear shocks fit off mx or enduro bikes, any ideas?
