hi from new zealand just bout a 89 crm 250 mk1 so im told has electrical issues with no spark .... can i change the whole wireing and magneto setup etc out and just put cr250 gear in it as u can guess parts for this down in nz are hard 2 get .... any help be great thanks ....

Short answer to what you are proposing - No.

I fyour knowledge of electrics is limited then take it to a mechanic.

yea mate its there now an there saying its the spark genarator but cant guarntee its that could be cdi but cant find 1 ova here and at the price they want for the generator i dont wanna risk no being able 2 get a cdi ... do u no of any ova ur side of the globe ??
