Hello From Luton
Just got my CRM!
Im a sucker for forums so you may be seeing more of me.7
I do have a few questions,
I have a Mk2.2 1993 and it's taking ages for the revs to die down and is real spluttery on the down run when i throttle off. When idling it will idle for about a minute and then the revs will drop right down (not to the point of it dieing but close) the only non standard mod on the bike is a DEP end can so i don't think the jetting has been played about with. the midrange is a bit rough too, higher revs seem fine though.
Is a carb clean the answer or is there any common problems with these bikes?
Im not sure what they are like anyway, but the bike always starts easy first kick every time.
Also, Anyone got any passenger pegs for sale? theres none on ebay.
Cheers, Mike.

Re: Hello From Luton
Sounds like two good things are required.
A look in the search area where that topic would have been covered.
A service, paying particular attention too, filter, plug, exhaust, carb[ clean, especially pilot jet and float height] carb too manifold rubber boot, mains seals, reeds, HT lead and plug, throttle cable and throttle assembly, linkage dual pull pot, there you go that should keep you entertained for a couple of evenings, please report back your findings.
