Going to pick up my 99 model crm 250ar this afternoon. I'm excited about it. Any tips?

Hi there,

I have family in Sydney. Not sure where that is geographically compared to Brisbane but I'm sure you have plenty of nice off road area's to ride.

Don't over tighten the sump plug. It has caused me no end of problems and a lot of money!

Welcome and enjoy!

Hi welcome, probably less of a problem in your hemisphere, but swinging arm bolts will seize if not greased on a regular basis. Check the powervalve visually for correct movement.
Have a good read of the FAQ for your model, there's lots of info on there to absorb.
Gold coast eh, want to swap some sun for rain :?: we have a shortage of the former, and dearth of the latter.
