Hi. My name is Robert and my bike is CRM250 '89. Actually bike is not running, but I'm working on it.

Hi Robert, welcome to the site. Try and identify why the bike is not running, then look in the frequently asked questions [ FQA], where almost certainly will be some information on how to put things right.

Problem solved.
Open circuit on the loom side of the kill switch connector = no power for ECU.
