Hi guys. I'm from Ukraine. Recently i've got CRM250AR! It is really the greatest 250 ever =)))

As I bought it and started getting used to it my PGM unit was down. I sent it to Greece to repair and now I'm waiting for it back =)

It looks in great condition and the ECU will be fine when repaired, but remember it burnt out because either:

1. Voltage regulator is faulty.
2. Powervalve cables do not move freely.

Check voltage output from generator
Disconnect powervalve cables and make sure powervalve and cables move with absolutely no resistance, lube cables if you have to with teflon lube.

Also re-route your front brake cable "behind" the fork leg at some point

Thanks, I've heard about these reasons. I didn't measure the voltage from rectifier, but during the testing of my oil pump I added too much oil to the tank directly and as a result the valve was jammed and i could hardly move it by my hand. So I think the main reason was there.

And what about the braking hose? Do you think it is not on its right position now? Should it be behind the fork closer to the body?

Honda supplies the bike with brake hose just like your friends bike in your picture.

Undo caliper and take it around the fork leg and refit it.

Nothing worse than falling off and catching the hose.................

Until you have ripped a hose of your bike at Weston beach race you will never know what its like like to ride with no front brake hose for an hour.

Hence best to have it as designers intended tucked out of the way, I take it yours is correct............... ;)

4 brake hoses routed correctly

The main thing is to get the powervalve off the bike and give it a good clean.

Thanks for invite! I just seen your pics on FB from Carpatians or from google, looks perfect. But I'm after a holiday journey in Greece (Crete), and I don't have a leave of absence in my work. So maybe in i will make a trip to Ukraine or Romania by car with trailor. What is your exact location. My nearby city is Poznan Poland. I will check distance between us. Greetings!
