NEARLY HAD A HEART ATTACK
Cannot believe it, somebody sent me a photo of one of my old bikes.....GOING GENTLY OFFROAD, I feel like I have been shot through the heart.
You can even see dirt on the exhaust.
I have called 111 as its not a full emergency, but I need medical attention as my chest is tight and getting difficult to breath.

OH MY GOD , you should have seen what it looked like after a three day trip up north !!!, never got any photos but wish I had, maybe Rich has got some.
