Thanks Rich, for some reason I cannot upload photos due to size of them.

Well it's had the works !

Frame powder coated by Specalied Coatings Halifax
Rebore by Leisuretrail, new piston and rings and little end
Power valve re ground and cleaned
New balancer shaft and bearings
Clutch basket re ground and heavy duty springs fitted
Complete new gasket set
All new cables
New water pump
New DEP complete exhaust
Seat recover and gell packed
new sticker kit by D&D graphics
All standard plastics except head light
Front and rear shocks full refurbished by Brooke Suspension Bradford and set up for fat lad (me)
Complete new bearings everywhere
Silicone water pipes
All new fuel / air pipes with nylon covering
All stainless steel pipe clips
All fixings including suspension link zink coated
New tyres and extra heavy duty tubes
New bash plate
About 12 months work on and off
Spent about £2000 on parts spent £600 on bike.
Just waiting for the end of the month to tax her then she will be getting dirty
Most of the parts from helpful people of this forums, the bike would not have been complete without all your help so a big thanks to all that helped.

I will ask Rich to put up stage photos if anybody is interested.

Another MK 3 coming Thurday so it will all start again. :o

Do you mean the heel guards, quite rare now but you can pick them up, stainless steel, I have templates and can manufacture if enough people wanted them.

I reckon plastic side panels are original MK3, this is the nearest image I can find, but probably an off the shelf Honda colour scheme.
