I always fit Metzeler 6 day extreme, but my mate always swears by Michelin comp, so comes down to personal preferences. I would imagine any road legal enduro tire from any top brand would be good.
I see a lot of people fit Mitas enduro tires, because they are very hard wearing. I tried some on my brothers bike and found them not to be very good on tarmac, although I see they do different compounds, but I would assume the softer compounds don't last as long.
