Fast tyre changes - pinch free too!

Hi All.
Not seen any articles devoted to this so i'd thought i'd make a posting on how to change your tyres not only quickly, but \"nip free\" too.
I can usually chage both tyres from (trail to moto-x) in about 10 minutes..
My record is 3 minutes for the rear - with tyre clamps...!
Anyway, here we go (- these steps apply for either tyre).
Please read all of this as there are some tips at the bottom which will help you as you go.
BTW - If you're out on the trail and you want to carry a spare tube then carry a front as in an emergency this will fit a back as well..

1. Remove the valve core or deflate as far as the tyre will go.
2. Remove the valve collar and loosen tyre clamps.
3. Break tyre bead - a big boot usually suffices.
4. Using some decent levers,(i use 2 thin forged 10\" items) take off one side of the tyre starting at the valve.
5. Stand the wheel up with the valve at the bottom near the floor & pull out the tube from the top to approx' 1/2 way down the wheel.
6. Now at the top, lever off the tyre's other side by poking the lever right across the wheel rim and popping off the tyre - once it starts to come off you can simply pull it off and the tube will simply drop off with the tyre.
7. Into the second minute! (seriously) Now reinsert the valve core and inflate the tube just enough so that if you try to hold it horizontally it folds in half over your fingers. This will stop it being pinched!
8. Now shove the partially inflated tube into the new tyre.
9. Put a little bit of washing up liquid around both rims of the tyre and a little bit inside each tyre rim too.
10. Hold the tyre between your knees with the valve again at the bottom and then in one hand try to partially guide the wheel into the tyre(with the valve hole at the bottom) and then refit / poke the valve stem through the hole in the wheel with the other hand.
11. put the valve collar back on the valve but just spin it on a couple of threads - it needs to be loose - by the way you did make sure the tyre is going on the right way didn't you?? Now push the wheel into the bottom part of the tyre.
12. Now you should be able to \"push\" on the entire one side of the tyre without any tools - just use the inside of your knee against the tyre and push against it with your hand on the wheel - the tyre will just pop on, make sure the tyre bead is sitting snug inside the wheel well at the bottom and not up against the rim, this will allow more \"give\" in the tyre allowing it to pop on easier.
13. If your really good then you can pop on both sides together, (you'd need to get both sides of the tyre in the wheel at the start of item 12 first to give you the best chance of this) but if not then you'll need to lever the other side of the tyre back on starting at the opposite end to the valve and then working your way around till you get it all on. But because you have already inflated the tube a bit there is virtually no risk of getting the tube pinched, unless you're determined to catch it of course!
14. Turn down the valve collar just enough to get the tube inflated and make sure the valve is straight - if not then shuffle the tyre on the wheel until it is and then inflate the tube.
15. Once inflated and the tyre is seated then set the correct pressure and put on the valve cap and tighten up the tyre clamp. The valve collar can now be undone so it locks against the valve cap. This allows for movement and won't tear the valve out if the tube does creep inside.

Top tips - enlarge the valve hole in the wheel to about 10 or 11mm which will allow the valve even more movement and help getting it in and out easier.
Junk the standard rim tape and use gaffa tape over the spoke nipples instead - makes finding the valve hole much easier!!
