Coolant change.

So I wore a hole in the catch tank on the rear of my ar. And have since had it repaired. However since topping that up with coolant my bike has overheated a couple of times and hadates never done it before. Iso a coolant change as easy as removing the bleed screw then filling the radio back up? Or is there more to it than that?

Many thanks.

literally that simple.
the expansion tank is just that though and not where you top the coolant up. coolant level should be checked by opening the rad cap (Cold) and see if there is any air in there.

And, fit a small magnetic driven computer fan.

I don't think I ever suffered another boil up once I fitted a fan, even on some very claggy going in the forest of Dean when we did an event in that area.

how would you know though with it having a catch tank? I don't think I have suffered anyway?
