MKII Refurb and sell or just sell?

Hi I'm Dibble2 formally known as just Dibble but my recovery email was my work one from a company I left years ago.....

Unfortunatly I've had to accept that I'm going to have to sell my MkII, I haven't used it for years and know I'm not going to manage to use it much ever again. It's been at least 8 years since I last had the time to ride it and even my road bikes hardly go out.

I started it about a year ago and it went second kick but with a cloud of smoke that filled the neighbours gardens so I switched it off. The rear tyre was flat as well. I think there was a knocking from the engine in the brief time it ran.

My question is should I do it up or sell as is? It was always a rough bike, after market headlight, rear fender etc. more for going down the lanes than show.

I'm actually quite shocked at what they go for now but mines really not Mint.

Unless you are sitting on spares then sell as is. EVERY refurb costs more than you get back.
