Mugen Exhaust on Ebay

Post by xstian81 » 10 Apr 2021, 16:18

I have no interest in buying this, but just wondering what peoples thoughts are on it, is it genuine and is it worth having over say the FMF pipe?

Originally it would have been chrome so it's been overpainted poorly.

I would imagine it is genuine as it's being sold by Leisure Trail, but I don't think it would offer any better performance than another brand of aftermarket pipe. Especially as it is old and probably has seen a lot of use to get clogged up.

I didn't notice it was Leisure Trail. I didn't realise they sold parts on Ebay. Just looking through some of there other bit and they seem to have some optimistic pricing on some parts, £50 starting bid on a knackered seat, £195 used rear shock and £25 for a used rear brake lever. Although its rare to find any cheap parts for the CRM on Ebay nowadays.

The tool kit looks nice, but at £75 I think I would rather buy some tools which might actually work when you need them, still I assume they are probably quite hard to come by.

I didn't know they sold bit on Ebay either and the prices are a bit steep.

You can get the tool kit very much cheaper by other means. Some places even have new tools.
