Won't kick over.

Just had my side panel off to re-do the waterpump.
Assembled it all and now it won't kick over. Kick start is solid. Was kicking over fine before.

Before I dismantle it all again, does anyone have an idea what I could have done on assembling it?

Don't think there is anything that you can do apart from take the casing off again.
Trying to force it is likely to case more damage
Sorry

Took the side panel back off and realised that I hadn't meshed the water pump gear woth the drive gear.
It all bolted on ok, what with the water pump drive being plastic it just bent it a bit.
All sorted now and working a treat.
