Water pump shaft gear
Hi
I have had a CRM 250 Mk 2 since May 2015 and used it for green laneing and a couple of track days and really love it. It was getting a bit noisy so a month ago I had new piston, main bearings fitted and the balancer shaft removed. It now goes amazingly well, even better than before.
The mechanic who did the work told me that the water pump shaft gear was badly cracked and needed replacing in the near future. After contacting the Honda dealer I find the part is no longer available. Arrgghh.......can anyone advise or help me out?
Many thanks
Gary

Re: Water pump shaft gear
The water pump plastics are always cracked. I've never known one to fail - but that it not to say it will eventually happen.
