D & D graphics

Does anyone know if they're still trading? I've placed an order with them, got a reference number and paid for it over a month ago but get no response to my emails chasing a delivery date. Seems a very strange way to operate if they are still trading.

I think mine took about six weeks; they came from Sri Lanka.

Yep, that's a pretty comprehensive warning. My order with dd was thru a Google Search and joining the forum occurred around the same time so I didn't look at the faq's.

Hi Guys

Average delivery time is 2-3 weeks from order date. We've had some glitches before and problems with production and hand on heart I take responsibility that we haven't been great at updating out customers on any delays. We've getting better at this I think, and working to ensure better stability with our suppliers and production.

The reason why we can be lean and therefore efficient and offer great value for the product is that we hold nothing off the shelf. We have no stock holding. All our kits are made to order and that takes a little time.

It does also mean we can tweak the design, add race numbers and similar changes to each order if requested and often at no extra cost :)

Thanks
