Hi I am new to the whole crm scene but there awesome. I am in australia and I just bought one thinking it was a 99 model because that was what it was registered as but as far as I can tell it is from 1991 to 1993? I have been trying to get some plastics and the cr250 1989 model plastics look very similar any ideas on which plastics I could use would help ?

I think you'll find your answers here

Most if not all answers to your CRM questions will be in this area of the forum

Good luck with the project

Daniel - You have a Mk2. Plastics (rear & front fenders, rad panel covers) from 1989 CR125/250 will fit but not air box side panels. Buy from UFO.

As Rich says look in the ' Honda CRM250 FAQ ............' section to find many answers. Also have a look in the 'Motards/Specials ....' section to see what can be done.

That's between you, the registration authority and the person who first registered the bike.

knackered - nice job on Nabz's Mk3 that bike is smick! If i was to get a cr250 94-96 model subframe, tank, seat and airbox would i be able to just buy cr250 94-96 model plastic kits? plus would all that stuff even bolt together without to much modification?

cheers

To put those on a Mk2 will be essentially the same as with a Mk3 but you might encounter a few differences where you need to improvise. All the CR plastics will go on provided you make the correct alterations.
