gearbox bearings
so this week i finally split my crank cases so i could give everything a clean/once over in prep for a full rebuild. lots of watery sludge had got into the clutch and gearbox which doesn't seem to have done any significant damage to the gears or shafts but the bearings are proper knackered. we've got both balance shaft bearings, main bearings + 3 of the gearbox bearings free but we're having trouble with the 'blind' bearing coming in from the clutch side because we can't punch it out. does anyone have any tips for removing this bearing if it is fairly well in there?

Re: gearbox bearings
all sorted, we filed the head of a long bolt to give a tight fit and then tacked it to the bearing with a bit of weld and pulled the bolt up with the bearing attached to it.
