Got this off an eBay seller, is it right?

"The Mk 1,2,3 thing is a bit of an urban myth! Honda made CRM250Rk, Rm, Rp, RpII, Rr, RrII, all with MD24 frame prefix, After that they went to frame prefix MD32"

Technically that is almost correct. See - viewtopic.php?f=20&t=5282.

But they tend to get lumped into Mk1, 2, 3 & AR. If you want to be pedantic you can talk about Mk 2.2 but to all sense and purposes at this age they are the same as a Mk2.

The basic differences between Mks are described in - http://www.crm250.com/history.asp

How someone would know the difference between an RK or an RK2 is beyond me.

technically he doesn't have ALL the details ;) the AR with the MD32 prefix comes as an ARv, ARw or ARw-II :D :D :D :D
