Crankshaft Seals
i am pretty sure i read it here before but i couldnt locate the thread so here goes...
the crankshaft seals, little (mag) side is 22 x34 x7 ? is this correct?
and the big (clutch) side, is 36 x52 x8 ? is this correct?
i used a set of calipers to get this off what was left of my seals...
i was about to put the case halves together earlier when i hear this "crunch" "Crunch" "CRUNCH"
im like WTF Mate?
and after a few laps around the yard i finally managed to wrestle my bag of seals away form the stupid dog...
ill probably just get them at the local honda dealer or at a bearing supply shop if i can verify the size of them.
fur.

Re: Crankshaft Seals
i think youve transposed some numbers on the little seal,
little seal 22 x 34 x 7
and on closer inspection, the big seal looks to be correct at 38 x 52 x 8 or 9, thickness isn't a concern
hopefully the local bearing shop has these

Re: Crankshaft Seals
The top (large one) is different to the one you listed. I have one here, and just want to confirm this, knocking a parts list up, which I will post on here when eventually complete.

Re: Crankshaft Seals
Because these are listings for a Mk1 almost 2 years ago and the 2 above are no longer made.
Yours is for a Mk3/AR which I think has replaced the ones for the Mk1 now.
