Re: CRM mk2 running problem
Basically when you pull the clutch lever, the cable pulls fine as it should, but nothing is working. Like as if the clutch isn't engaging at all.
Oh yeah @ Knackered Thanks for helping me solve the original problem mate

Re: CRM mk2 running problem
Right I've stripped the engine casing off, well as much as I can without taking apart the 2 stroke pump. And it looks as though a part of the engine casing may be broke, here are a couple of pictures I have taken.

Has anyone got any pictures of the inside of the casing so I can see what its supposed to look like?

Re: CRM mk2 running problem
Right I've taken the clutch apart and noticed the nut was loose. So my mate is coming over later with a impact gun to tighten it up. Clutch all looks good in there though, so this should solve the problem. I did notce that the water pump shaft cog is missing quarter of it though. Is it just leisuretrail to get one of these or does anyone have a spare one?

Re: CRM mk2 running problem
There should be a tab washer to stop the nut coming loose. (Depending on which nut we are referring to
).

Re: CRM mk2 running problem
If there is not a crack in the case towards the top of the 'circle', around the edge of the 'circle', in the first photo then I can't see anything wrong
.
Water pump shaft is pn - 19240KAE870. Current Honda price is £43.27 ex VAT. I have one out of a Mk2.2 that I have taken apart for spares, but it is not in very good condition.
Wear on end of shaft and two teeth have some damage. If it will get you out of a hole then £2.50 for the postage

Re: CRM mk2 running problem
Forgot to say mine is a mk 2.2, but I take it that makes no difference to the engine
