when does it vibrate? meaning at what sort of speed? i would suggest checking the bearings for any play or possible sticking, if theres no play then a good greasing may help, i had a mk2 that did it when i tested it down a private lane ( as it was road legal) but it only did it towards the top speed but i found very little play in the bearings, i did replace them and grease the spindle but never used it on road only off so i cant tell you how much difference that made

Check bearings as John says.

Also -

Check tyre is correctly seated on rim.

Check for buckling of the rim.

Some heavy rim locks cause 'hammering' when travelling at speed.

Check headstock bearings for play.
