Ignition Coil Testing?

Hi all,

I suspect i have an ignition fault on my CRM 250 Mk2/2 (1993), does anyone know what readings i'm looking for when testing the coils primary and secondary windings with a multimeter set to ohms?

Anyone know the details on the coil windings then?? Or possibly an alternative coil that will do the same job?
