ran out of petrol now wont start

My mk3 crm ran out of petrol today and now wont start!

i've tried draining the carb and cleaning the spark plug but everytime i go to start it the sparl plug gets oily again..

i tried dipping the spark plug in petrol and that didnt work any ideas?

when it stopped a big puff of smoke came out the exhaust, i think thats because no petrol got through so the mix was just oil?

suggestions?

Done it now, had to give the spark plug a really good clean plus burnt the unused oil in the cylinder with some petrol.

took a bit of messing about! Not a good start considering i only picked it up yesterday!!
