Rear Indicator wires and horn flumped

Post by Toddy » 01 Jun 2005, 12:13

Some time ago I whipped my indicators off the the rear of my Mk2. I'm now putting them back on but have four male connectors from the two indicators but only two femail bullet connectors for them to go into bracnching out of the loom. There is only one loom travelling behing the rear mudguard and it drops through where the tail light is. Am I missing something here or is there only two female connectors and how do I adapt these to receive four male connectors?

Also my horn doesn't work and its MOT time. Can I connect it across a car battery to check if it works?

Indicators,,left and right have posatives from the loom and the negatives are connected to the double female..follow the tail light to the closest plug ,, the negative line comes of that.....Heres a link to a jpeg of the wiring diagram.......... http://193.116.26.75/uploaded/iagram_mk2_crmr.jpg
