leaking coolant

My 1991 is leaking coolant from the overflow pipe underneath engine.
I have replaced radiator cap and removed thermostat but it still spurts out when stationary and under high revs.
Any ideas? could it be faulty water pump or blown gasket?

my guess would be that the cooling system is somehow being pressurised and so venting out the overflow, could be the head gasket but I'm sure others with a better idea will comment soon enough. I hope it's nothing too serious though.

check head is torqued down properly as well had that problem on a cr
